Choose the correct construction for the job

A round rope, square braid and flat woven tape require different dimensions. Keep reinforcement and surface treatment with the section description.

Inspection and documents for the selected item

Check dimensions, construction and grade records. Any performance requirement must identify the relevant test conditions.

Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Handling, installation and replacement

Follow the approved groove, overlap or retention detail for the equipment. Keep cut ends and sections protected during installation.

Custom supply, samples and purchasing details

State round diameter or braid section; tape width; reinforcement; treatment; length. Identify whether you need stock material, cut blanks or finished profiles, and include the conversion drawing when cutting is part of the supply.

Give the quantity for each grade and size, the required date and delivery destination. Request the MOQ, samples, material records and production timing for those line items rather than one category-wide figure.
