Agree dimensions, surface condition and the product-specific test records required for acceptance.
Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Protect board edges during transport and fitting. Use the specified supports and retention details and inspect damaged panels before reuse.
Custom supply, samples and purchasing details
State grade; thickness; board dimensions; density requirement; cutouts. Identify whether you need stock material, cut blanks or finished profiles, and include the conversion drawing when cutting is part of the supply.
Give the quantity for each grade and size, the required date and delivery destination. Request the MOQ, samples, material records and production timing for those line items rather than one category-wide figure.
