Choose the correct construction for the job

Paper and board should be separated by the actual grade and physical requirements. Binder and thickness belong in the purchasing description.

Inspection and documents for the selected item

Agree thickness and material identification, plus any required thermal or physical test basis.

Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Handling, installation and replacement

Support sheets and protect them from creasing or tearing during cutting. Use the assembly's specified layer and retention arrangement.

Custom supply, samples and purchasing details

State grade; thickness; sheet or roll size; binder requirement; cut profile. Identify whether you need stock material, cut blanks or finished profiles, and include the conversion drawing when cutting is part of the supply.

Give the quantity for each grade and size, the required date and delivery destination. Request the MOQ, samples, material records and production timing for those line items rather than one category-wide figure.
