Choose the correct construction for the job

Cloth, tape and packing are not interchangeable descriptions. Specify any reinforcing yarn or coating and identify the joint or cover being fabricated.

Inspection and documents for the selected item

Check weave condition, reinforcement identification and dimensions. Confirm the selected grade's required test documents.

Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Handling, installation and replacement

Protect cut edges and follow the fabricator's seam and retention requirements. Maintain the material identity through assembly and repair.

Custom supply, samples and purchasing details

State construction; reinforcement; cloth width; thickness; roll length. Identify whether you need stock material, cut blanks or finished profiles, and include the conversion drawing when cutting is part of the supply.

Give the quantity for each grade and size, the required date and delivery destination. Request the MOQ, samples, material records and production timing for those line items rather than one category-wide figure.
