| Product | Checks to specify | Records to request |
|---|---|---|

| Packing | Fiber, construction, section and package identification | Grade data and agreed inspection results. |
| Sheets / PTFE parts | Grade, thickness, reinforcement and finished dimensions | Material and dimensional records. |
| Machines | Working range, tooling, trial and calibration where relevant | Acceptance checklist and specified test records. |
Certificates, tests & standards
A management-system certificate describes the named organization and scope. A test report describes the material or product tested under stated conditions. A standard reference defines requirements; it is not by itself evidence of a license, listing or certification.
Request product documents ↗Third-party inspection
Identify the inspection body, witness points, sampling and release documents in the inquiry. Availability and arrangements are confirmed for the order before production. The inspector and supplier should work to the same drawing and acceptance basis.
Traceability & delivery identification
State whether material, batch, part-number or package references are needed. Required records should connect the ordered item to inspection and delivery identification, rather than show an unrelated product or facility.
