Packing by product and order line
Gaskets, sheet materials, packing and machines have different handling requirements. State the protection, package form and identifying marks required for receiving. Mixed orders should retain part, material and quantity references on the packing list.
Shipping scope
Provide destination country, named port or delivery address, required date and your preferred shipping terms. Production and transit are separate parts of the schedule. The quotation identifies the agreed transport, insurance and documentation scope.
Export records
- Commercial invoice and packing list.
- Shipping documents for the agreed transport.
- Requested material and inspection records.
- Origin or regulatory documents where applicable and available.
Delivery questions
For a receiving issue, send the order number, affected package or item reference, quantity and photographs. These details allow the delivered item to be checked against the agreed specification and records.
