A sealing supplier for your purchasing list
A sealing order often contains more than one product: standard flange gaskets, replacement packing, sheet material for cutting and parts made to a drawing. Kaxite brings these requirements into one itemized discussion so the construction, material and dimensions are clear before an order is placed.
Our business is based in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The product range spans finished seals, material inputs and production equipment. The right starting point is the product specification and application—not a general claim that one material suits every process.
Products, materials and production inputs
Browse the business ranges, then select the product type. Product pages explain construction, ordering information and the limits that need to be checked for the selected item.

Industrial Gaskets ↗
Compare flange and equipment gaskets by construction, material and joint geometry. The range includes spiral wound, RTJ, kammprofile, jacketed, graphite, PTFE, fiber and rubber gaskets.

Gland Packing ↗
Select braided packing for pump shafts, valve stems and stuffing boxes. Compare graphite, PTFE, aramid, carbon and plant-fiber constructions, including reinforced braid and formed rings.

Sealing Sheets & Materials ↗
Source sheet and roll materials for gasket cutting, maintenance and component fabrication. Compare flexible graphite, reinforced graphite, compressed non-asbestos fiber, rubber, mica and cork materials.

PTFE & Engineering Plastics ↗
Find PTFE sheet, rod, tube, expanded PTFE sealing materials and machined components. Separate virgin, modified, filled and expanded PTFE before comparing dimensions or requesting a replacement.

Flange Insulation & Seals ↗
Review complete flange insulation assemblies, G10 tubes, rubber O-rings and extruded profiles. Use the flange or seal drawing to identify the components that must work together.

Thermal Insulation ↗
Compare fiberglass, ceramic fiber and basalt fiber products in cloth, tape, rope, sleeving, blanket and board forms. Select the construction and grade for the equipment environment.

Corrosion Protection & Lining ↗
Review PTFE-lined pipework and equipment, wrapping systems and coated fasteners. Identify the base component and protection system separately so the quotation covers the complete assembly.

Sealing Raw Materials ↗
Source packing yarns, gasket filler tape, metal strip and inner/outer rings for sealing-product manufacture. Match each input to the braid or winding design used in your production.

Machines & Tools ↗
Compare equipment for gasket winding, cutting, core machining, packing braiding and testing. Manual cutting and maintenance tools are listed separately from powered production machinery.
Gasket and packing manufacturing
Gasket construction, material and geometry determine the production route. The workshop photographs below show gasket production, packing equipment and sheet processing. For drawing-based work, identify critical dimensions and the required inspection before production is confirmed.
Discuss a custom requirement ↗From your specification to a clear quotation
| Stage | What we need to agree |
|---|---|
| 1. Identify the item | Product name, standard or drawing revision, material and dimensions. |
| 2. Review the duty | Media, operating conditions and equipment details relevant to the seal. |
| 3. Define the supply | Each item and quantity, samples if needed, documents and packaging. |
| 4. Confirm the order basis | Price, lead time, payment and delivery scope stated in the quotation. |
For a mixed purchasing list, keep each size and material on its own line. If a specification is incomplete, mark the unresolved points so they can be reviewed rather than silently assumed.
Use the RFQ checklist ↗Inspection starts with the purchase specification
Material identification, dimensions, marking and document requirements must relate to the actual item. Specify the drawing tolerances, inspection points and any customer witness or third-party requirements with the RFQ.
For assembled products, check that the components are coordinated: winding and ring materials for a spiral wound gasket, sleeves and washers for an insulation kit, or the full ring set for a stuffing box. Product data and testing requirements should be confirmed for the selected grade and duty.
Quality control and order checks ↗Technical documents with a defined scope
Request the data sheets, material records, dimensional reports or project-specific inspection documents you need before the order is accepted. Where a particular standard or certification is required, name the edition and scope so it can be checked against the quoted product.
We do not treat a certificate logo as a substitute for product-specific documentation. Discuss the records and acceptance criteria with Cindy as part of the quotation.
Request product and quality documents ↗People who can help with the details
Cindy is your contact for product lists, drawings, quantities and delivery requirements. Send technical questions with the relevant product or equipment details so they can be directed to the right part of the supply process.
For distributors and fabricators, identify whether you need finished components, stock material, manufacturing inputs or equipment. For maintenance and project purchasing, include the part references and required documents.
Questions about Kaxite
What does Kaxite supply?
Kaxite supplies industrial gaskets, gland packing, sealing sheet materials, PTFE and engineering-plastic products, insulation and lining products, manufacturing inputs, machines and tools. Select the relevant range or send a purchasing list to confirm the scope.
Can you review our drawing or replacement part?
Send the drawing revision, material, dimensions and quantity. A clear specification is preferable to identifying a part only from a photograph. Samples or existing parts can help the review; unresolved dimensions and material requirements are clarified before an order.
Can we visit or review the manufacturing facilities remotely?
Contact Cindy with the products and processes you want to review. A visit or remote document review can be arranged after the scope, schedule and access requirements are discussed.
Which certificates and inspection records are available?
State the records required for the selected product and order. The quotation should confirm the document type, issuing party, scope and any testing. A general company certificate does not establish compliance for every product or service condition.
