Asbestos Rubber Gaskets
These cut gaskets are ordered to an asbestos-rubber material specification and a defined joint profile. The material designation must remain visible on the purchase order.
- Product construction
- Asbestos Rubber Gaskets
- Ordering details
- Material grade; ID and OD or full profile; thickness

Ceramic Fiber Gaskets
Cut ceramic fiber gaskets for thermal sealing duties.
- Product form
- Drawing-based ceramic fiber gaskets
- Ordering dimensions
- Material grade
A standard reference identifies dimensions or design requirements; it does not certify every material for the service.

Cork & Cork-Rubber Gaskets
Cork and cork-rubber gaskets are cut to a defined profile for joints that specify a compressible cork-based material. The binder and construction belong in the order description.
- Product construction
- Cork & Cork-Rubber Gaskets
- Ordering details
- Plain cork or cork-rubber; binder requirement; thickness

Felt Gaskets
Felt gaskets are ordered by fiber composition, density and cut shape. A drawing should identify holes, slots and any adhesive backing.
- Product designation
- Felt Gaskets
- Ordering dimensions and construction
- Fiber composition; density requirement; thickness; profile drawing; backing

Gasket Paper
Gasket paper is supplied for conversion into defined joint profiles. Identify the paper composition and any impregnation or surface treatment required by the application.
- Product designation
- Gasket Paper
- Ordering dimensions and construction
- Paper grade; thickness; sheet or roll dimensions; treatment; cut pattern

High Recovery Gaskets
High recovery gaskets require a specified material and an agreed recovery test. The product name alone does not define a recovery value.
- Product designation
- High Recovery Gaskets
- Ordering dimensions and construction
- Construction; thickness; gasket drawing; recovery test method; acceptance value

Mica Gaskets
Mica gaskets are quoted to a defined mica construction, binder and cut geometry. Sheet-based and composite designs require separate identification.
- Product designation
- Mica Gaskets
- Ordering dimensions and construction
- Mica grade; binder or construction; thickness; profile drawing; reinforcement

Non-Asbestos Gaskets
Fiber-and-binder sheet gaskets selected by grade and service conditions.
- Product form
- Cut gaskets from selected non-asbestos sheet grades
- Ordering dimensions
- Drawing
A standard reference identifies dimensions or design requirements; it does not certify every material for the service.

Vermiculite Gaskets
Vermiculite gaskets need a specified sealing construction and reinforcement arrangement. Identify whether the requirement is a cut gasket or a composite sealing element.

What to send for a quotation
List each product, material or model, dimensions and quantity on a separate line. Include drawings and their revision where applicable. For sealing duties, provide the media, temperature, pressure and equipment movement; for production equipment, describe the finished product range, utilities and required operations.
Identify inspection records, packaging and the delivery destination in the RFQ. Minimum quantities, samples, production timing and shipping terms are confirmed for the specified order. Product data must be checked for the selected grade or machine configuration.
Selection & ordering questions
How do I choose within non-metallic gaskets?
Compare graphite, PTFE, compressed-fiber, rubber and ceramic-fiber gaskets by the actual joint duty. A material name alone does not establish chemical compatibility or acceptable flange loading. Identify the material grade, thickness and cut geometry together.
Can I request a drawing-based or mixed-item quotation?
Yes. Send one line for each item with the drawing, material, dimensions and quantity. Kaxite reviews the scope and confirms available configurations, minimum quantities and delivery terms before order confirmation.
