Inspection and documents for the selected item
Agree cross-section, surface and material identification. Mark wear and fit dimensions that matter to the assembly.
Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

The quotation should distinguish material supply, processing, tooling, samples and inspection records. Request the MOQ, lead time and payment schedule for the agreed scope, with EXW, FOB or CIF and the named destination where applicable.
Send drawings and quantities ↗Handling, installation and replacement
Fit guides under the equipment drawing and retain the approved material for replacement. Assess mating surfaces when wear changes the operating clearance.
