Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Custom supply, samples and purchasing details

Send ring id and od; section or thickness; grade and filler; split or joint; housing dimensions. Add the intended equipment or assembly, the operating information relevant to material selection and the required quantity for each item.

The quotation should distinguish material supply, processing, tooling, samples and inspection records. Request the MOQ, lead time and payment schedule for the agreed scope, with EXW, FOB or CIF and the named destination where applicable.

Handling, installation and replacement

Handle rings without scoring or distorting the sealing section. Follow the housing and assembly procedure for the approved construction.
