Flat discs, formed diaphragms and supported assemblies are different constructions. A material designation alone does not define the movement or mounting arrangement.

Check the critical profile and attachment dimensions, plus the agreed surface and material requirements.

Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Custom supply, samples and purchasing details

Send drawing revision; active profile; thickness; holes and attachment; resin or filler. Add the intended equipment or assembly, the operating information relevant to material selection and the required quantity for each item.

The quotation should distinguish material supply, processing, tooling, samples and inspection records. Request the MOQ, lead time and payment schedule for the agreed scope, with EXW, FOB or CIF and the named destination where applicable.

Handling, installation and replacement

Install under the equipment's orientation and fastening procedure. Inspect the diaphragm and supports during scheduled maintenance rather than relying on appearance alone.

• PTFE O-Rings & Sealing Rings: PTFE O-rings and machined sealing rings are supplied to a defined section, grade and mating arrangement. Geometry must be reviewed together with material formulation.
• FEP Parts: FEP parts are quoted from a material requirement and component drawing. The finished geometry and manufacturing route must be reviewed for the selected fluoropolymer.
• PTFE Fittings & Flexible Couplings: PTFE fittings and flexible coupling components are ordered by connection geometry, resin construction and the equipment interface.
