Agree diameter, roundness and surface checks as applicable to the drawing. Identify the selected resin or filler.
Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Send ptfe grade; diameter; tolerance requirement; surface requirement; quantity. Add the intended equipment or assembly, the operating information relevant to material selection and the required quantity for each item.
The quotation should distinguish material supply, processing, tooling, samples and inspection records. Request the MOQ, lead time and payment schedule for the agreed scope, with EXW, FOB or CIF and the named destination where applicable.

Protect the finished surface during transport and assembly. Review a replacement against its drawing rather than a used ball diameter alone.
