Review the insulating joint as an assembly
Connection ends, dimensional envelope and pipeline specification belong together. Pressure-related and electrical inspections are separate acceptance items. Identify the required records for the complete joint rather than describing it as a loose insulating gasket.
- Flange Insulation Kits: A bolted kit is a different assembly.
- Insulating Sleeves: Loose sleeves are components of a defined bolt arrangement.
Fit, inspection and installation review
Send the pipeline specification and dimensional envelope. Agree pressure and electrical inspection methods and the required records before order acceptance.
