G11 sheet stock for specified insulating components. Grade, thickness and acceptance requirements belong in the material specification.
G11 stock and machined parts need different dimensions
State whether the requirement is sheet, a blank or a finished component. The laminate designation remains separate from machining dimensions. Color cannot establish grade or an electrical acceptance value; the material record and agreed test basis identify the supplied construction.

- G10 Washers: A finished washer retains its own laminate and dimensions.
Fit, inspection and installation review
Request material records for the specified grade. Confirm any electrical or thermal acceptance tests rather than assuming values from the grade name.
Custom requirements and quotation scope
Send the g11 insulation materials specification with the drawing revision and quantity for each item. Include the delivery destination, required date, sample requirements and the documents that must accompany the order.
MOQ, lead time, sample scope and payment terms are confirmed in the itemized quotation. State EXW, FOB or CIF with the named place or port when requesting a shipping basis. Any custom processing, tooling and independent inspection should be identified separately.
