Product photographs and construction details
The photograph shows a flange-isolation component assortment. Identify the washer dimensions and laminate grade separately from the sleeves and metal backup washers.
Separate the insulating and backup washers
A G10 washer needs its laminate designation, bore, outside diameter and thickness. Insulating and metal backup washers are separate kit components. Keep the stack drawing with the list so a metal washer is not mistaken for the insulating part.
- Insulating Washers: Material and stack position need explicit identification.
- Flange Insulation Kits: A complete kit coordinates gasket, sleeves and washers.
Fit, inspection and installation review
Check dimensions and edge condition. Keep insulating washers separated from steel backup washers in the installation kit.
Custom requirements and quotation scope
Send the g10 washers specification with the drawing revision and quantity for each item. Include the delivery destination, required date, sample requirements and the documents that must accompany the order.
MOQ, lead time, sample scope and payment terms are confirmed in the itemized quotation. State EXW, FOB or CIF with the named place or port when requesting a shipping basis. Any custom processing, tooling and independent inspection should be identified separately.
