Choose the correct construction for the job

Gun, cartridge, hose and gland connection must match the selected sealant system. Injection equipment does not itself establish suitability for every operating gland.

Tooling, acceptance and equipment supply

For sealant injection guns, send the material and finished-product drawing, the operation to be performed, the intended output, power supply and installation constraints. Define tooling, commissioning, training and spare parts as separate quotation items.

Ask for the trial material, acceptance sample and test procedure to be agreed before order acceptance. The equipment quotation should identify the supplier and manufacturer, the supply scope and the delivery basis.

Agree equipment contents, connection checks and any specified functional test before supply.

Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Follow the injection equipment and gland servicing instructions. Confirm the site's maintenance and isolation procedure before use.
