Tooling, acceptance and equipment supply

For gasket shears & sheet nibblers, send the material and finished-product drawing, the operation to be performed, the intended output, power supply and installation constraints. Define tooling, commissioning, training and spare parts as separate quotation items.

Ask for the trial material, acceptance sample and test procedure to be agreed before order acceptance. The equipment quotation should identify the supplier and manufacturer, the supply scope and the delivery basis.

Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.
