Agree dimensional, surface and cleanliness checks. Request calibration evidence only where it is included in the quoted scope.
Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.
