Agree dimensions, material identification and any surface or reinforcement requirements.
Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Keep rolls supported and clean. Follow the finished assembly's approved material placement and handling instructions.
Custom supply, samples and purchasing details
State tape construction; thickness; width; roll length; reinforcement. Identify whether you need stock material, cut blanks or finished profiles, and include the conversion drawing when cutting is part of the supply.
Give the quantity for each grade and size, the required date and delivery destination. Request the MOQ, samples, material records and production timing for those line items rather than one category-wide figure.
