Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Keep textile edges and braid ends protected during cutting. Use the specified overlap, support or retention detail for the assembly.
Custom supply, samples and purchasing details
State tape width or tube id; wall or section; cloth width; length; reinforcement. Identify whether you need stock material, cut blanks or finished profiles, and include the conversion drawing when cutting is part of the supply.
Give the quantity for each grade and size, the required date and delivery destination. Request the MOQ, samples, material records and production timing for those line items rather than one category-wide figure.
