Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Custom supply, samples and purchasing details

Send system designation; receiving surface; application conditions; quantity; packaging. Add the intended equipment or assembly, the operating information relevant to material selection and the required quantity for each item.

The quotation should distinguish material supply, processing, tooling, samples and inspection records. Request the MOQ, lead time and payment schedule for the agreed scope, with EXW, FOB or CIF and the named destination where applicable.

Handling, installation and replacement

Follow the selected coating system's surface preparation, application and overwrapping instructions. Review repairs against the original system specification.
