Purchasing questions
How do I specify mica sheets & paper for a quote?
Send material and binder; thickness; dimensions; thermal or electrical duty. Attach the drawing or existing part designation when available. Any unresolved field is identified before the order is confirmed.
Can I order different sizes or a custom version?
List each size and quantity separately. Drawing-based changes are reviewed for material, geometry, tolerances and any tooling needed; availability and minimum quantity depend on the individual item.
What are the minimum order, sample cost and lead time?
Quoted by grade, thickness, sheet/roll format and quantity. Confirmed after specification and quantity review; include your required date. Samples and any preparation charges are confirmed with the quotation.
Which documents can accompany the order?
Specify the material, dimensional inspection, traceability and third-party documents required by your project. Availability and scope are confirmed for the selected product rather than assumed from a general certification logo.
Request a quote for mica sheets & paper
Send your drawing or part designation with the material, dimensions, quantity and destination.
Get a quote ↗Cutting & material identification
Retain the material grade, reinforcement, thickness and sheet dimensions on each order line. A rubber color or a generic fiber description is not a compound specification. For cut parts, add the drawing and finished-piece quantity.
Mica Sheets & Paper from a manufacturer in China
Kaxite manufactures this product in its own factory in Ningbo, China. For a factory-direct quotation, provide the material or grade, dimensions, quantity and required documents for each item. Ask Cindy to confirm the production route and any order-specific inspection or tooling requirements.
