Identify every mating component
A component seal is described by its mating parts, materials and installed dimensions. Shaft diameter without stationary-seat geometry or the working arrangement is incomplete. Retain the component reference so face and secondary-seal selections describe the same assembly.
- Cartridge Seals: A cartridge is quoted as a complete assembly.
- Mechanical Seals: Compare arrangement and material before ordering separate parts.

Custom requirements and quotation scope
Send the component mechanical seals specification with the drawing revision and quantity for each item. Include the delivery destination, required date, sample requirements and the documents that must accompany the order.
MOQ, lead time, sample scope and payment terms are confirmed in the itemized quotation. State EXW, FOB or CIF with the named place or port when requesting a shipping basis. Any custom processing, tooling and independent inspection should be identified separately.
