State the dimensional tolerances and acceptance criteria that apply to the selected item. Request material identification, inspection records or an agreed sample where these form part of the purchase specification.
Custom requirements and quotation scope
Send the fabric seals specification with the drawing revision and quantity for each item. Include the delivery destination, required date, sample requirements and the documents that must accompany the order.
MOQ, lead time, sample scope and payment terms are confirmed in the itemized quotation. State EXW, FOB or CIF with the named place or port when requesting a shipping basis. Any custom processing, tooling and independent inspection should be identified separately.
