Request drawing approval and the valve-specific inspection and test documents required by the purchase specification.
Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Send valve type; size and standard; lining and seat; end connection; operation or actuator. Add the intended equipment or assembly, the operating information relevant to material selection and the required quantity for each item.
The quotation should distinguish material supply, processing, tooling, samples and inspection records. Request the MOQ, lead time and payment schedule for the agreed scope, with EXW, FOB or CIF and the named destination where applicable.

Install and operate under the selected valve instructions. Include orientation, support, isolation and servicing requirements in the order review.
