Inspection and documents for the selected item
Agree dimensional and material checks, plus any electrical or thermal test basis required by the project.
Identify the drawing revision, acceptance criteria and the records that must accompany the order. If an independent inspection, witness point or special test is required, include its method and scope in the RFQ.

Protect rolls and cut pieces from moisture, creasing and contamination under the material instructions. Keep the grade identifiable during conversion.
Custom supply, samples and purchasing details
State mica designation; paper thickness or basis weight requirement; width; length; backing. Identify whether you need stock material, cut blanks or finished profiles, and include the conversion drawing when cutting is part of the supply.
Give the quantity for each grade and size, the required date and delivery destination. Request the MOQ, samples, material records and production timing for those line items rather than one category-wide figure.
