Keep pass partitions and the sealing perimeter on one drawing
An outer diameter does not define an exchanger gasket. Show pass-bar paths, partition junctions, bolt holes and the sealing perimeter on the same controlled drawing. Identify whether the requirement is a metal-jacketed construction, a faced grooved core or another specified design; do not infer construction from the exchanger name.
- Metal Jacketed Gaskets: Review jacket and filler construction for the drawing.
- Kammprofile Gaskets: Review the core and facing specification.

Application questions
What information is needed for heat exchanger joints?
Send equipment drawing, gasket profile, partition dimensions, thickness, material, service conditions and quantity. Include drawings or existing part references where available.
Can you confirm the material from a photograph?
A photograph can help identify the form, but it does not establish material grade or the original dimensions. Provide the material specification and equipment or process details for review.
Discuss your heat exchanger joints requirement
Send your product list, drawing revision, materials, dimensions, quantities and delivery destination. Cindy will coordinate the quotation and any questions about the specification.
